Buyer says she will pay when she has her card but I can see she is buying items elsewhere but not paying for the jeans she bid on and won!

Start an Unpaid Item case 2 or more complete days after end of auction and close it after another 4 complete days to end transaction and get your selling fee back from ebay.   More details here:
