Is it ethical that a buyer has bought a handbag from me and wants to return it because they says it isn't what they expected so I have told them to return it and I will refund them, I have now seen they have put it on a 7 day listing for more money so if it sells obviously they will want to keep it but if it doesn't they will send it back to me and get their refund and I will out of pocket £4 to ship it to them and then I will have to refund them a further £4 for them to ship it back to me?this doesn't seem ethical to me and feel that if they can't profit off me I'm out of pocket!Doesnt seem fair to me
