Buyer paid for an item 95 and international shipping 15. I only received 95 No shipping money Why?

It probably has nothing to do with "shipping money".

We don't know whether you were paid using PayPal, or by eBay if you're on managed payments. Either way, if the buyer paid £110 your total fees of about 15% will have been deducted, leaving you with around £95.

If it is the Coat you Sold the Listing only has UK Postage. Did you Invoice the Buyer for the International Postage?  EBay do Remove your Selling Fees before the Payment is Paid into your Bank if you are on Managed Payments.
