Buyer claiming item not authentic

Hey so I've had a buyer claim the luxury fitness brand  leggings I've sold them aren't authentic, that the branding or label is wrong and they  feel isn't right. They are 100 percent real, as someoen who basically lives in this brand I know how to spot a fake. I bought them last march and still have the receipt to prove it. I messaged them almost immediately asking if they can explain what they meant and that im happy to send them the invoice to prove I bought them and they aren't fake. They haven't replied since... What happens next? I don't really want to offer a refund as  I'm about to go on holiday and its a faff to resell them as we've just moved and we were clearly stuff out so there's a thousnd things to do. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them, they are authentic and to be honest ive barely worn them so she's got a pair of 80 quid leggings for less than half price.

Anyone had anything similar? What are my rights as a seller?

If the buyer opens a not as desecribed dispute them you would have to accept the item back and send a prepaid label for the return. Once you have it back then you refund in full. You dont need to take any action until they open the dispute. There is nothing to stop you sending a copy of the invoice by email.

Wait and see what they do.

They have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute.

If they paid by paypal they have 180 days to open a dispute there
