Buyer asked to cancel.

A buyer has now asked to cancel & says he pressed wrong button. So I have sent a cancellation request. 

But Im getting no response back. I want to relist the item as due to this I've no doubt lost all bids etc. 

Can you help with action I should take. Cancel the cancellation, relist without awaiting confirmation etc.

If the buyer says he made a mistake (which is virtually impossible) the least he can do is co-operate with the cancellation.

 

I'm not sure if you can cancell a cancellation, but if you can, do so and open an unpaid item dispute instead.  Close the case as still unpaid exactly 4 days later, timed to the minute of opening it. This will get your selling fees refunded and the buyer will get a strike.  Two strikes and he won't be able to bid.

 

Don't relist till this process is complete, because if he pays during that 4 days in order to avoid a strike you could end up with 2 buyers for one item.
