Buyer Not Collecting

I sold something collection only weeks ago and despite me saying cash on collection the guy paid by Paypal. I don't hear from him for a week each time and then I just get a message - need your address. So very politely message back and ask when would he like to collect but don't give my address because I don't want someone just turning up here specially an unknown man when I live alone. Only talking £2 so really not worth this hassle. If I cancel the sale and refund him can he leave me negative feedback. What do I do?

Sorry I can't find how to reply to answer below. Never had any problem with people collecting before, when buyer gives me a collection time i will give my address happily but to just ask need your address isn't very nice. How can I have someone here with me when he won't say when he is coming. I even did offer to meet close to his address when i was in that area but he never replied to that.

To the second person who answered. I am more than willing to give him my address when he committs to a mutually agreeable time. I have met loads of lovely people who come to collect but this guy is making me feel uneasy.
