I had some unauthorised access on my account a few years ago. This was sorted out, but my account had been changed from a private seller to a business account. I’m now trying to list items to sell and I’d like to change it back to a private account. Does anyone know how to go about this? I tried the online live chat but they weren’t very helpful.
