I recently ordered a bulk bag (800kg) of a gravel where the seller sent the incorrect size. I refused the bag and it was sent back. I filed a return but they won't refund me as they are saying I still need to send it back even though it's been sent back and this would not be possible with the 4kg maximum postage weight this pays for. I have proof that the bag was returned and called/emailed the sellers but they have not refunded me. I have opened a case but it was closed by the resolution center saying I haven't sent it back as I don't have a tracking number. It is also not letting me appeal this. Is there anything I can do or a number to call to try to resolve the issue?
you shouldn't have refused delivery,
you no longer have an item to return, so you can't get a refund
