Broken Goods-Ebay Not Helping

I want a refund from  seller because the item I have bought has broken a few months after purchase. Ebay have advised that the problem is between me and the seller and they cannot help. I have contacted the seller many times but they don't reply and Ebay are still not helping. Advice please. Thanks.

EBay offer 30 days from Delivery to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee where you can Return an Item for a Full Refund. You have passed the 30 days, so sorry you are now Out of Time.
