Can anyone help me please I have purchased a pair of boots & they came 3 weeks late but most importantly they are absolutely disgusting They have got holes in & are literally dropping to bits but the seller wants me to pay return postage if the item wasn't in such bad condition I wouldn't mind paying it but has they are so bad I don't think I should have to am I right?
