If they've any live bids on your current listings, you need to cancel their bids, just click on the Site Map text link at the bottom of this page.
Under the Selling Activities heading is an option to cancel bids.
You must add their eBay ID to your Blocked Bidders List too. That's also under Selling Activities, click on'manage bidders'.
