Hi all, i sold an item but 8 minutes before it finished the winning bidder asked me to cancel his bids (didn't have time) then sent a cancelation request after the listing had ended..fine..i did it.. now they have bid again on the relisted item and i want to cancel the bids and block them,but when i try and the option is : 1 of 3 and 3 being 'another reason' which i need to click it then asks for a note from me but won't let me type anything so cannot complete the action...Help please
