You are in Kenya, if you are receiving notification that the seller is not accepting your bids, it means they do not post their items to your country. Not all sellers here in the UK sell internationally.
Before bidding look at the seller's listing , that they state they post Worldwide. Then, there is a link there to click on to see the countries they do post to, make sure Kenya is there, before you bid.
