Why has EBAY prevented me bidding due to 4 other items I am currently bidding on. I waited until one ended which I won. Then I tried again and was stopped again due to the one item being unpaid in my basket. The problem is the seller wants cash on collection. Now I cant bid on anything else. I tried to contact EBAY but cannot in writing at all, only by phone but I am overseas whilst my staff run my company and I am trying to buy them some tools they need. I have always paid quickly everytime. Why has EBAY become so ridiculous? Is Ebay now run by 1 person?
