Being robbed by a seller

i bought a stator cover for my bike from a seller on eBay suppose to be brand new .when it came and installed on bike it had a airline crack the seller wanted my bank details and at first refused to send returns Stamped address now refusing a refund Iv tried contacting ebay but seem to be getting ignored

Are you within 30 days from that item's last estiated date for  delivery?  Then,  open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre.  Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

If the seller wants their item back they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
