Bad Seller

I want to leave feedback to warn others about this absolute terrible seller . They lie that they will help but never get back to you, everytime I chase them they reply "we are out of the office, will help when we are back",  OR "I need to ask the manager I will contact you when he is back" etc etc delaying all the time and never dealing with the issue. Because they have delayed so long I am now out of time to leave feedback.  Ebay will not help with this!!!  Can anyone advise how you can leave feedback on Ebay once the Feedback option on Purchase History is no longer showing. As eBay have told you, you are out of time to leave feedback.

You had 60 days past the date of delivery to leave feedback.

If you have an issue with an item you have bought, completing a case in the Resolution Centre is far more effective than leaving feedback.

You had 30 days past the delivery date to open a case in eBay.:

You should still be in time to complete a case in PayPal though.

You have 180 days (about 6 months) to do that.

Escalate the case to PayPal on day 2 to 20 for a full refund if necessary.

What part of "you are out of time to leave feedback" do you not understand?

EBay has told you: the time limit is 60 days. If it's longer than this forget about it, you can't do it.

You are not allowed to name the seller here, so their ID will probably be removed.

This is a Community help page, how are you helpful, how are you community minded.  You call yourself a "Community Expert" - looks like you missed the training that day!!  Not helpful at all, not community spirited and certainly showing no interest in helping the community or being concerned with members' issues.
