BUYER REFUNDED, HAS NOT RETURNED ITEM

Hi,

I refunded a buyer about 6 weeks ago, they will not return my item, ebay say they cannot step in and force the buyer to return as the case was closed before they could intervene.

Buyer has also left malicious feedback.

I have reported the feedback and non return to ebay; nothing has been done.

Is there anything else I can do?

Any advice would be appreciated.

sorry but if you refunded your buyer before you had the item back they now have no incentive to return it....there's nothing you can do to force them to return it
