Hi There, I just recently placed a bid on an item, execept it raised it to the total amount I bidded rather than setting up an automatic bid as it said it would. Any way to fix this?
Check the bids by clicking on the number of bids in brackets
It will be that another bidder had an automatic bid in place which was higher than yours
The bids go up in increments until the highest bid if reached
