Auction Retraction

Hi,

I was 1 minuet away from winning an item when suddenly the auction dissapered and i now cant find a record of the auction. I was wondering if the seller retracted the auction at the last moment (maybe because they werent happy with the price it was selling for)

if it has disappeared completely it means ebay removed it

Sellers can't end a listing so late into an auction, ebay will have pulled it because it went against regulations for some reason. 

You probably had a lucky escape.
