Hi,
I sold a brand new pair of shoes recently but on receipt the buyer sent me a snotty message saying I'd clearly worn them with pictures of the soles of the shoes which showed no wear or tear. I replayed politely saying I hadn't worn them but the marks on the soles were probably due to the fact I'd bought them in the sale so clearly a number of people had tried them on and if I had worn them out they would scuffed.
The buyer has since left feedback to saying I have admitted the shoes were worn by others which is a lie! Can I report them to have the feedback removed or should I put a polite reply?
thanks in advance.
I doubt you will get that feedback removed
You can ask the buyer to revise it by sending a feedback revision request but they dont have too
and probably would not
I would not want a follow up as it would stand out like a sore thumb
See the link to reasons for feedback removal.
Shoes bought in a sale should not look as if they have been worn
