Appeal against eBay resolution decision

How do I appeal against a stupid judgement made by eBay resolution. Once again they favour the buyer at sellers expense

buyer claimed the item was damaged. An inflatable ice bucket that had a hole in it. Now this complaint was made nearly a month after it was received. I can't claim from shipping agent, that's if it even was damaged in transit anyway as too long a time has elapsed. I suspect more likely it was used for what ever party it was needed for then deliberately damaged by the buyer to get their money back under bay's stupid buyer protection rules. What about seller protection! I wasn't prepared to pay them back but eBay kindly resolved the matter in the buyers favour so not only am I out of pocket for the goods I now have to pay the postage charge to send to the buyer originally and the postage charge to get the damaged goods back. Ridiculous why do we sellers had to put up with this nonsense
