Advice about purchase

Hi. I bought a 6V adaptor for my Pure DAB radio. The radio had been working fine with batteries but a charger was more useful. Unfortunately the seller sent me a 12V charger instead and I didn't realise until my radio went bang and doesn't work at all now. I am not able to contact the seller. What's should I do please? I haven't had the radio long and a replacement one is £59.99!

You say you haven't ' had the radio long'  but how long,   is not long?   This is important,  because  if you are still within 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery,  then open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
