Accurate Feedback from buyers

I recently had issues with a business seller who was trading same Items for sale no stock issues but surely if business sells from two site the negative feedback can be halved. any answers please

Sorry I cannot see any negative feedback you have received or given on this account.

If a seller quotes out oif stock as an option for cancelling an item they get a defect on their account.
