Anything that provides you with a link to log in is very likely to be fraudulent.

Scammers often aim to panic people into following links, which take them to a fake web site and capture their password.

Check your messages in "My eBay". If there's nothing about being restricted, whatever you have received is likely to be false.

We don't mind trying to help, but PLEASE mention that you're in Turkey when posting on the UK site. Not all the rules are the same, and it wastes everybody's time trying to offer advice which may not even be correct in another country.

You are in Turkey, you need to log out of UK site & back into ebay.com

Ebay messages come on your Messages on ebay.

If that is the case then you will have to do as they say and verify your account

If it has just come through your personal email then do not click on any link as it could be a phissing email after your details

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay for Turkey or ebay.com as a new seller you will be restricted to how much of how many items you are allowed to sell. If the message came through your Ebay messages then it will be from ebay. Ask on your own boards
