80% off promotional offer not working

Has anyone successfully listed and sold an item under this recent offer? I have accepted the offer and posted some new listings but the counter still remains at 100 still to be used. eBay has told me that I have to keep a record of the items listed and check when and if they sell. This never used to be the case. I was always able to get a copy of the item ids.

Yes i have listed a couple of items under this offer and yes the counter has gone down. 

Have you read the terms and conditions to the offer when listing to make sure they qualify? 

if the promotion is not working for you...chances are the reason is in the terms and conditions to the offer 😞

Yes they definitely quality. Contacted eBay who say the offer has been activated and fee will be correct when item sells. Not very helpful not knowing how many and which ones have been listed under this offer though.

To be honest i worry about that advice. If your account is not showing that the items have been listed under a promotion then i would say normal fees will be charged. Mine currently says minus 2 and there is a tab for me to click on to see the items included under the offer. If i were you i would defo keep a note of all the item numbers etc
