80% final value fees. Does best offer qualify?

I have accepted the 80% offer and some of my items have a best offer option.

upon reading the exclusions it says that if the item is ended early it doesn't qualify for the discount.

Does this mean if I accept a best offer I have to pay full fees?

No, accepting a Best Offer does still qualify you for the promotional offer.

The ending isting early bit is for auctions that have bids - if the seller ends an auction early that has bids, they'll be charged full fees on the bid price showing when they end it.
