They tend to come along every 2 weeks, sometimes for 2 days (Sunday/Monday) sometimes 4 days (Friday - Monday).

You won't always receive an email from ebay to let you know about the offer, sometimes it will just appear in the promotional offers section of My Ebay.

Is Random. Has appeared a couple of times this year. Not everyone is offered it everytime though.

There is usually one around paydays,then the odd one inbetween,but there never advertised in advance

If you have had them in the past it doesn't become very difficult to predict.

Generally about every two weeks but as not everyone gets them it may be longer. Offers come via Messages and Email so no real excuse for missing them.
