There were five different routes to the moon, and a lot of people were up in the stars, floating in a tin can, getting closer and closer. regina_phalangy had ‘sparkle - star - star ship enterprize - star trek’ (star trek again!) while radioshed, again on astonishing form, listed all the planets (but not the moon!) but later compensated with ‘Star > heavens > night sky > moon (dark side of the moon pink floyd)’
Billy (Whizz?) aka original_speed_freek was onto galaxy early on, later adding star, super, sky, space and universe, while pongo-pilot Had James Bond's "Diamonds Are Forever" (but thought it weak) – it wasn’t, if you concentrated on the song. 231074mail explained that the ‘Story line in Diamonds are forever is James bonds's enemy holds the world to ransom with a diamond powered laser satelite orbiting in space. Probably way off but it makes me feel clever!!!!!!!’ Well, that’s the important thing.
Rather than namecheck again, I’d like to say how stimulating and interesting (and often plankable!) everyone’s ideas have been, and what a pleasure it’s been doing the clues for the main Christmas Treasure Hunt.
