underpaid postage , seller not responding

hello, i bought an item for £6 with free postage.A few days later i get a card through saying it  was at the PO due to underpaid postage. it cost me £ 3.06 to get the item. i messaged the seller who said she'd refund over a week ago and nothing, ive sent a friendly reminder and still nothing .

what next ?  i wouldnt have paid over £9 for it.......

There is nothing you can do via Ebay apart from suitable feedback.

Personally I'd want to see the money before I collected, your experience is not uncommon.

thankyou, i mean who sends an A4 padded envelope with a second class stamp on and expects it to get there ?

try a messge to their  email - you can get that in your pp

Had the same problem last week too... didnt pick it up... their loss....
