Wonderful Wednesday's Winter Warmers

Nothing planned for tea tonight so it will be a knock on the freezer door but fish fingers and chips is looking most likely. Mushy peas for me and beans for the teenager.

We've just had breaded haddock and mushy peas.  At least the kitchen is nice and warm now.

Ooo you should have asked yesterday, I went out to lunch.  I left here at 11.30 am and got back at 4.20 pm.  (It was only 3 or 4 miles away!)

I had turkey, lamb, sausage, stuffing ball, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, leeks, cauliflower, broccoli, new potatoes, roast potatoes and gravy then I had Etom mess and a third of a bottle of wine, all for £7.99!  And this pub has the cleanest, nicest toilets I've ever seen!!!  Woman LOL

I'm going out tonight but it'll only be a buffet so he's having quiche and salad and a couple of vanilla slices that I've just made.  Woman Happy
