Dieting here as well so I've just had 2 gammon steaks, 2 fried eggs, chips, peas, fried onions, tomatoes and garlic mushrooms followed by strawberries, meringue and coconut greek yoghurt.

This evening I made a macaroni cheese and ate it with carrots and peas; I made enough that the same is on the menu for tomorrow as well.
