Hope all of us peeps who desperately need a good night's sleep manage to get one tonight. Sleep well, folks Zzzzzzzzzz

I suspect that it will be another disturbed night - the kidney infection is definitely back and I shall probably need the bathroom very frequently. Luckily have managed a couple of naps this afternoon.

Hope everyone sleeps well and wakes rested and refreshed.

Just had a huge mug of Drinking chocolate and a long soak so hopefully that might help and that with the fact I am shattered I should sleep tonight, no work tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be any night sweats tonight. fingers crossed.

I did have an hour on the sofa this afternoon....food driven I think as I had a wee hypo before lunchtime.

I'm tired though
