Bt email. Genuine or phishing

Just had a bt email looks genuine but doesnt address me by my name just says hello

 

asks yoy to login from the email and renew your terms and conditions

 

anyone know if this is genuine

As you say, that looks dodgy.

 

I suspect it's a good thing never to log into anything via links provided in emails - be they from eBay, the bank or whatever.

 

Better ignore them - simply log into your BT account in the normal way - not via an email link - and any new conditions and such should be visible there.

I just phoned bt and it looks like it phishing

 

bit hard to understand what they were saying

I thought cats were supposed to like a bit of Phish.

------Mobile/Wireless users may have to find classic site option or log in through a browser to perform certain actions in their account.
