Does Ebay charge you if you put your item open to offers? I did it once and got charged for doing so, plus their transaction fees.

As a Private Seller it is free to use the Offers feature. Now that Buyer Protection Fee exists

if the Seller sends an offer, the Buyer pays the BPF

if the Buyer sends an offer, the Seller pays the BPF.
