We could also starve Evri of doing business on eBay by boycotting any sellers that use Evri.
Yes, it sounds mean but how many times have we been let down because of their incompetence, too many.
Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind.

Sorry, cannot sign up to your campaign, as we have the most wonderful Evri delivery lady.
She's always on time, polite, leaves items in very secure places if I'm not home, and sends plenty of communication to inform me of delivery dates and times.
It's not the Company, but the person you are lucky or unlucky to have, as the delivery person in your area that's the issue.

Personaly I would disagree and stand up for Evri Have used them for past 10 years and yes as Hermes they were a bit hit and miss but in the past 4/ 5 years since becoming Evri I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience yet lost count of the number of lost deliveries with Royal Mail and amount of chasing I have had to do One of the secrets with Evri is to pay the extra £1,80 and opt for next day signed delivery. Sadly Ebay seem to of now omited this option with simple delivery so think you may be better employed chasing Ebay to improve things their end.

For me though it's the other way round. I've had more luck with Royal Mail than Evri. Have a look at the Facebook link I posted and read some of the comments from other dissatisfied customers. You can also read comments from other eBay buyers on this community page, it's not just me.
If this campaign reaches it's target, then I hope it means the company will get investigated.
I don't think all delivery services are 100% perfect but Evri seems to have the worst track record.
I would say you are one of the few lucky ones.

Firstly, let me say I'm happy for you that you've been lucky with good luck from Evri in your area.
Second, this is not my campaign, I found it already set up on change.org. As I have stated in previous messages, I'm not alone on this, take a look at the Facebook page link and tell those people what you've just told me, it might change your mind.
