I recently purchased a pipe stretcher, payment was accepted and then refunded by the seller.
Reason given supposedly a dangerous item to ship.
I checked a few minutes ago and the seller still has several of these items for sale.
I'm worried it is some sort of scam, how do I find out what the real issue is.
Trying to contact Ebay seems to get harder daily
