I'm getting a message from DRS

For some reason, I'm being called something else other than my own name. Said that I need to refer to a self serve on the drs website about ebay with a reference number and emailed passcode. I, for one do NOT have anything to do with what is supposedly shown in the messages. I'll be contacting Ebay and their help services about this later as I JUST got this message.

For context about me, I'm a relatively new person on ebay. I did buy an item but was refunded. So I have NO history on this website. I did use my family members ebay for a while and got my own very recently.

Did this message come from your eBay messages?  If it did not address you by your full name but by your username ID then it's not from eBay

Do not click on any links in it.

You can contact eBay Customer Services,  they will tell you if they sent it, doubt they have, so you can then  delete and ignore that message.

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

I have received a telecall today from them asking me for all sorts of private details ... hung up ... very dodgy

eBay indeed no Company will ask for any private details you did right to hang up.

I’ve tried blocking these text messages from them as there I’ve not had any messages email or otherwise from eBay and there aren’t any messages when I log into my account. EBay why can’t you resolve this issue?
