I had an issue with eBay search showing incompatible car parts (after selecting my car from the garage). As a result I ordered a part that doesn't fit.
I don't think this is the sellers fault. So contacted eBay via chat. For over an hour and had 7 different people start chats and either disappear or say they need to pass me to someone else, can then you get how can I help, or after radio silence a condescending message to check if I was still in the chat. After 70 minutes I have up, so I want to know who to send the email transcripts to so I can demonstrate how appalling the system is.. and I still haven't addressed the actual issue.
