First or second dimension event at shipping hub

In other facets referring to other events (not shipping) "dimensions" refer to stages of fulfillment.    "First dimension" usualy refers to "anticipation" and "Second Dimension" usually refers to "arrival".

I would suspect that this is what has happend.   The courier/shipping company was notified that item was going to arrive (first dimension) for them to handle, and when it DID arrive that would be the "second" dimension.

Sure, it would have been easier and more transparent for them to just use "awaiting item" and "item received" -- but... ???

First or second dimension event at shipping hub

Its their way of denying the item has been recieved at the GSP warehouse in lichfield. For example if they recieve my 25 quids worth of dried US grey squirrel tails and US customs doesnt want them they hold onto them for a day or 2 then pass them back to royal mail as " undeliverable" ie wrong address etc. And then they get lost... not returned to sender... probably binned.

Ebay then refund the international buyer (minus his GSP handling - none existant)  stitching both buyer and seller.

Ebays arguement is that royal mail havent been able to deliver which is BS as ebays own tracking shows it arrived at the gsp and was sent back to RM a day later.

About time I left Ebay.
