Ebay news up date on simple delivery

Just read this Ebay news from Eve Williams, General Manager, eBay UK ,blah blah blah just discarding everyone regarding simply delivery. what is the point with having contacted with ebay staff , customer services & Community Mentors (Advocates of ebay) when no one higher up takes any notice , They are still saying 20% savings , its still £2.74 for a letter ,still no small parcels prices ,still imposing these higher prices on live listings, just a scandal, lots of unneeded stress , heads should roll

Well that's a BIG thumbs down for Eve Williams. Perhaps she should take a look in the mirror everytime she spouts these false claims about SD...
