I want to make a complaint against an ebay agent who disconnected me from a phone call.

It often happens if you get through to the Phillipines.

 

If you request a call back via the "help and contact" link at the bottom of the page early in the morning ,just after 8am Mon - Fri ,you might get a better response.

Hello, thank you for your reply, but thats not really the point, i was sent something which is wrong, i sent the seller a message , but opened a return by mistake, so closed it, in hope the seller will reply, he was no help at all, and said he is terminating the call.

Unfortunately I think if you opened a case but closed it you can't reopen it. You could try again to open an 'item not as described case' but I'm not sure there is anything else you can do if you did that already and closed the case yourself. Try the UK customer service callback in the morning, stay calm and polite and explain that you closed the case in error. They may be able to help.

 

I think if you want to make an official complaint they have a complaints department.

You can make a complaint through CS. Typical, huh 😅

 

Or the contact us button via email. But I'd be lying if I said I knew where it went or how it is dealt with.
