Bluecare Express

I have ordered a product from eBay and not received it.  The courier Bluecare Express has entered a message on their tracker to say I should contact them at the Bristol depot, having searched the company name on the internet all I can come up with unfortunately is that it's a scam company and many people have been scammed via eBay sales.  I guess it's not the sellers however I think eBay should notify all sellers about this company.

eBay work on cases ,  so if a number are opened involving this Company,  it will raise the appropriate red flags to eBay.

Have you opened a case to receive your refund?  If not,  proceed this way:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
