scam book sale .....they have taken my money.....and say they have used a company called aquilline

there is a scam company called aquilline who are taking e byers money and NOT DELIVERING THE GOODS....they say they have delivered them ......  in my case through the letter box  on a Sunday......we were in all day......NO DELIVERY........I know the ebay seller is genuine because I have purchased from them before  all was fine......if you are considering a purchase from e bay then contact the seller about posting arrangements...if you do not you may end up out of pocket  and waiting for something that never turns up.....to say nothing of a scammer having some of your private details.   Ebay seem incapable of stopping this and are not very helpful when you report the loss. Twice I have written to the seller...but, because it goes through Ebay, I am not even sure she has got my messages...........anyone any ideas ?
