item marked as delivered , it hasn't been , went to report it , the poxy ai keeps sending me round and round and round it wont let me report anything 

this site is getting worse

If the seller has tracking to show delivery,  this will close any case for item not received.

To open a case for item not received,  you have to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery,  perhaps you are trying to open a case too soon ?
