You cannot. ebay only accept Credit Card in your name as proof of age.

You'll have to buy it somewhere else, sorry.  Or get a mate with a credit card to buy it for you!

(yes, we know it's silly , but that's the ebay decision on whether or not they want to spend money on age-verification processes. Answer; nope. They don't want to spend out, they'll use C.C. company's processes instead!)
