On my eBay account on 7 November I purchased a 4Tb external Hard Drive. The label on the box said 4Tb. However the actual hard drive inside was a 58Gb. I immediately emailed the seller and generated a return.
Giving it a few days to lapse before contacting eBay I checked today to find no trace of the purchase in My Orders, nor any sign of the correspondence including pix with the seller. Therefore I have no record of the sellers details. There are too may similar items to remember which was my purchase.
The only evidence is my Bank statement showing the amount taken and an 8 digit number followed by LONDON GB eBay. I tried contacting eBay on the chat who suggested I made the transaction as a guest. I didn't. However, just in case, I requested four times an email for guest purchase history. Nothing has been received. Obviously their link to my purchase history has no record of the transaction. Hence the problem. I feel I'm been given the runaround and would be grateful for any input. Many thanks in advance.
