How come eBay can’t spot a scammer, but I can spot them in seconds?
Seller has hundreds of items for sale, but doesn’t own any of them.

Theyhave hundreds of classic cars for sale - ALL a the same price, but don’t own any. I’m seeing this a lot lately.

If you can prove they don't own a car, give that proof to ebay. This looks like the quickest way to do that: Click into the listing then

? icon > Product or listing > A problem in a listing > Item location is incorrect.
