Hi,
I bought a UHD/Blu-ray set from the seller back in February & quickly checked it, saw the 2 discs, and only recently went to play it (as is common for me with discs) only to find the UHD had been replaced with a DVD (a DVD wasn't in the original set). I complained to the seller & when I offered to return it, he replied that there was no need, it must have been 'mis-listed' & he would refund if I gave my email address. I feel this was cynical, as it's not allowed (as you know), but I emailed him via the contact details on his profile. After no response to my messages, I sent the set back (minus the DVD) via recorded delivery, which he signed for on Wednesday. I submitted the claim in PayPal (I didn't pay that way originally, unfortunately, so I can't escalate there), and I haven't even included the cost of return postage, but I still haven't received anything. I messaged that I would take it to small claims if I didn't hear by Monday. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks for your time,
James

Sorry, ebay only allow 30 days for claims. You could try contacting your actual payment provider. If not your best bet is small claims, now called money claim.

Best of luck.

Hi Peaseblossom,
thanks again,
they finally replied this evening, again asking for my email in the message, I reminded him that I'd already given it & made the claim and he finally paid, thanks very much for your help!
All the best,
James
