Nearly two weeks ago, I accidentally used the payment button on eBay instead of the offer button. I reached out to the seller, who acknowledged receipt of the payment and informed me that he would be refunding me, but I would need to bear the inconvenience charges. I didn't mind that, but since then, I have been trying to get the seller to issue my refund. After several attempts to get my money back to my card, I received a message from eBay this morning advising me to return the item to the seller by May 22, 2025, in order to claim my refund. Please help me, everyone. I need eBay's direct contact information so I can explain the situation and get my money back.
Thanks

Do you actually have the fridge freezer? if the seller didn't send the item in the first place - then you should have opened an item not received case I think.
There also shouldn't be any 'inconvenience charges' if you essentially cancelled an order. That sounds awfully like a restocking fee, which are illegal in the UK.
