Non delivery of purchase

Hi . I ordered 10 Blank Video Tapes last Nov. They did not arrive. I have tried to contact Evri with no success. I have tried to contact the seller,and have had no reply. What do I do. I am a dissatisfied customer.

Sorry it's far too late to do anything via ebay.   Try contacting your payment provider and ask about a refund.
